PACKAGING

Art prints are shipped in protective cardboard roll tubes.

In order to reduce waste, we will package multiple orders in a single tube, unless you request separate packaging in the notes section on the shopping cart page.

Shipping & Delivery

We are only a small team of artists and each and every print is made to order, so we do our best to get them to you as quickly as we can! 

At the moment we can ship to Australia, Canada, France, Hong Kong, Italy, Malaysia, Singapore, United Kingdom, USA.

As we grow we are adding more countries to our shipping list - send us an email if you don't see your location on our list!

We are not responsible for any duty/import/taxes/customs/etc charges you may incur upon delivery.

HONG KONG:

Free delivery in Hong Kong through SF Express. Please allow up to 7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after you place your order for delivery of art prints and postcards. Please allow up to 2 weeks after you place your order for delivery of picture frames.

INTERNATIONAL:

International delivery times will vary by location and during these uncertain times we cannot guarantee a delivery timeframe. Please allow roughly 2-3 weeks after you place your order for us to process and deliver your goods via courier. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.

Returns and exchanges

All sales are final.

We carefully quality check each print individually. In the unlikely event that you find a genuine defect in your order, please document the issue with photos and send us an email explanation with your order # at hello@onpaperlab.com with within 7 days of receiving your order.

Once your request is reviewed and approved, if necessary we will ask you to carefully return the products back to us in the same condition you received them, after which we will happily replace your order.
